Melvin Heights Coffee Table
Reclaimed Pine Barn Board
56 L x 17.25 W x 16.75 H
Made to Order

Maine winter is upon us once again and this table–in it’s original form– survived countless Nor’easters as the front door on a 130-year-old dairy barn. When the owner hired us to replace the doors, we decided the old ones deserved a (slightly cushier) new life.

We disassembled the doors and reconfigured them as small pieces for the home. Pictured is the sturdy, versatile Melvin Heights Coffee Table fully constructed from reclaimed pine barn wood and fitted with a lower slat shelf for added storage. Each of these pieces is completely unique, we adore character building details like the visible impressions left behind by the hinges affixed to the original door.

A subtle look, rife with character and one-of-a-kind charm.
